A seasoned Marketing & Promotions Director at Olinda Road Distribution and former Concert Director for Paradise Productions in Honolulu, Hawaii, this professional possesses over 15 years of extensive experience in the entertainment and promotions industry (1987–2002). Throughout a distinguished career, they have established and nurtured strong partnerships with artists, venues, and media outlets. These relationships have been instrumental in successfully orchestrating large-scale events while ensuring a seamless process from initial concept to final execution. Kahealani’s ability to harmonize creativity with strategic planning has positioned her as a respected leader in event management and promotional campaigns, consistently delivering exceptional results with professionalism and expertise.

Her spiritual lineage is both rich and direct, tracing back to the venerable Kahuna Kaula (prophet seers) from Kahalu’u, O’ahu—an island historically renowned for its powerful and skilled kahuna. These ancestors were famously celebrated as "Knowers of Non Separation and Believers of No Division," a profoundly inclusive and unifying philosophy that remains the absolute bedrock of Kahu Kahealani's current teachings and life's work.

Her initial, foundational training in the practice of Ho’oponopono was a deeply personal, intimate, and multi-generational journey. This invaluable wisdom was first gifted to her by her hanai (adopted) mother and father from Huelo, Maui. This early knowledge was further enriched by her own cherished kupuna, her great-grandmother, Tutu wahine Hana Ho’okano, who hailed from an unnamed and deeply sacred location in Hawaiʻi. In a continuation of this sacred and evolving lineage, Kahu Kahealani also meticulously studied and integrated the highly influential Ho’oponopono knowledge systematized by the world-renowned Kahuna Lapaʻau, Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona. Morrnah, who descended from the respected clan of Pele, the fire goddess of Hawai’i island, codified a modern, self-identity version of Ho’oponopono. Kahu Kahealani's mastery of both the ancient, familial and the modern, systematized knowledge solidifies her status as a leading, authentic, and powerful voice in the perpetuation of this profound healing and harmonization art.  

In 2001, another esteemed master, Kahuna Pule RMK Freitas from Nu'uanu, Oahu, took her on as his student. Their connection was predestined, not accidental, and he trained her intensely in various spiritual arts until his passing in 2015.   

Kahealani was the sole female chanter, the kāhea wahine, responsible for the sacred chants and invocations performed at Heiau O Lonomaikahiki. This distinction set her apart within the spiritual hierarchy, making her a singular and essential figure in maintaining the mana (spiritual power) and traditional practices associated with this important temple dedicated to the god Lono.  Her role required profound knowledge of ancient genealogies, historical narratives, and the specific rhythmic and melodic structures of the oli (chants) appropriate for ceremonies, rituals, and astronomical observations conducted at the heiau. Her unique position as the only woman performing this function underscores the significance of her lineage, training, and spiritual authority within the community that revered Heiau O Lonomaikahiki.
