- Aloha Dish - Beet and Red Potato hash, side of avocado and 2 poached eggs with tidbits of white goat cheese
- Lilikoi French Toast with syrup and side of pineapple sausage
- Mahalo Dish consists of 2 poached eggs sitting in gazpacho. Lots of fresh veggies and fruit including Roma tomatoes, cucumbers, red and green bell peppers, lots of garlic, poblano pepper, onion, tarragon, basil, and fresh lemon juice. Chopped and chopped, blended and blended! Eats like a super fresh liquid salad only better! With a side of sour dough toast.
